The software can be divided up into branches for carriers/ shippers who have multiple locations. Each branch has their own saved information. They also have access to an unlimited amount of historical data! Each branch of carriers has their own address book of carriers, drivers, and customers that they can use to automatically fill out load information.
Planning and Tracking Loads With Statuses
Shippers plan loads with LoadRight. They can build and plan for multi-stop loads. With each stop, relevant information is saved so the driver knows what to do at each stop. While loads are in the planning phase a shipper is able to mark them with their own custom statuses. They are able to flag loads with statuses such as "on hold" or "HOT". Another group of statuses are tracked through the entire shipping phase and some of these are automatically updated. This group is meant to signal what phase of the loading process each load is in. Statuses such as : "Dispatched" , "Tendered" , "Covered" , "Delivered", and "Planned" make tracking loads much easier.

Tracking Trailers That Are On The Road!
Trailers are tracked with GPS, either by phone app or GPS integrated in the trailer. LoadRight supports most GPS systems! This software doesn't require any extra hardware to track a load!
Driver performance status (such as when the driver is running late) are tracked automatically. With LoadRight you have access to view the status of the load in real time. Interested parties are alerted ahead of time when a load is running late. The software eliminates the need call the driver and find out where or if they are coming to pick up the load.
Drivers have their own LoadRight Phone Application. When a driver is assigned a load they are notified by the app or with a text message to pick up the load. With a single button, the driver can confirm that they are picking up the load. At a quick glance, you can determine what stops the driver has completed, if the load is on time, and what stops are left.
Bill of Lading
Once a shipment is completed the driver uploads a picture of the Bill of Lading. Once uploaded, the Bill of Lading is instantly available through LoadRight, eliminating the need to constantly check your mail or email. LoadRight puts all of your shipment management needs in one place!
